Products are eligible for return if they are received in damaged or defective condition.
The same needs to be conveyed to our team with images by a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the package with relevant pictures and unpacking video.
We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you.
What do I do if I don't like the product I received?
In this case drop us a mail at email@example.com and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. This policy is available for a limited number of brands on our website, please check the list where this is not available at the note mentioned at the end of the page. Please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 7 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with coupon code, so you could shop with us again or get the refund whichever is preferred.
Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund / code to be processed.
The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
Note : This policy is not applicable to products purchased from Emmera, LVL99, TRIVID, Niva, ModernMyth, Indicharkha, MoonRabbit and Pearl it up Brand, they have a policy of return only within 48 hours if damaged product is received by the customer.
